Turquoise Yachts was established in 1997 by two leaders of the Turkish boat building industry: Proteksan Yachts Inc. and Turquoise Yacht Construction. Headquartered in Istanbul, Turquoise Yachts has two shipyards on the outskirts of the city – one in Pendik and the other in Kocaeli.
